Bishop Micky Gonzalez
DIRECTOR
Micky serves as Pastor of Ministries and Outreach at Ephrata UZ and leads Ephrata Latino, a growing ministry. He leads a prayer team focused on developing spiritual gifts and has a passion for raising new leaders. He has received training through HarvestNet International, Supernatural Ministries, and Global Awakening. He holds studies in Spiritual Direction (Kairos), a Diploma in Theology (PUC Chile), and a Master’s in Ministry (Evangelical Seminary).
Alyssa Jay
SECRETARY/TREASURER
Alyssa Jay is married to Chris, and together they have two children. She has been part of UZ Church since birth and has actively served in missions and team leadership. She also has experience in payroll and project coordination, and is known for her commitment and heart for service. Her passion for supporting others and helping teams work effectively has been evident throughout her years of ministry and professional experience.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Chris attended Ywam Discipleship Training School in Vanuatu with an outreach on New Zealand's Mercy ships. He then attended the School of Biblical Studies in Kona Hawaii where he spent time immersed in the Inductive Bible Study Technique. Through his military career, he has experience with leadership in high stress situation. He enjoys exploring nature and spending time with family and friends
